To be eligible to participate in any LWSD athletic program, a student must pay all fines, return all equipment/uniforms from previous sports and complete the following requirements: 

1. Complete online LWSD Registration - through FinalForms  
2. Payment of Participation Fee ($200, $80 for summer XC) thru LWSD Online Payment system. 
   
   Note (not applicable for XC season): If your athlete meets either the family cap ($725 same school family) or individual cap ($400), complete the online registration so that all of the required documents are done, but don’t pay online.  Instead, contact Karen Guinasso (kguinasso@lwsd.org), the school's bookkeeper, to arrange payment.
3. Submit Copy of the Athletic Physical Form to the EHS office - they are valid for 2 years - click here
4. Have a current ASB Card (can pay thru LWSD Online Payment system), must be purchased prior to first day of practice. 
5. Maintain passing grades in all current subjects and have at least a 2.0 GPA from the previous semester

Rosters of athletes cleared by the High School will be posted on the main trophy case.

2. TEAM REGISTRATION

Select TEAM REGISTRATION on the left-side menu to complete the booster registration requirements:

1. Complete Booster Club Forms
2. Indicate your size for the team shirt
3. Make a Booster Club donation through either a Pass the Hat Donation or the purchase of Brown Bear Car Wash Tickets.
4. Order a Uniform, if needed (last year’s Singlets or Shorts from Track or Cross Country work!) and any optional team gear!

The Booster Club monies allow us to enhance the program for our athletes including covering some of the expenses associated with the invites, equipment and celebrations hosted by the Booster Club. Your donations are tax deductible and deeply appreciated.
